It seems that Colombia coffee offerings really overtook our roster this past year, with this one marking our 6th different one. That said, we just had a real hard time turning down these lots as every single one checked off every box we look for in the quality we come to expect when selecting our coffees. Especially in a year where overall quality has suffered.

This is a Pink Bourbon micro-lot separation, and comes from the same area as our Huila, Palestina that we currently have. We brought in a Pink Bourbon earlier this year that was one of our top customer favorites on the year, and felt that this one would be equally enjoyed. It also slots right into our lineups to cover our shortage at the moment in African coffee offerings. As this coffee has attributes you are more likely to find in Kenyan and Ethiopian coffees; with big tropical fruit and floral qualities that dominate the cup.
